Please read the information below for step-by-step instructions on how to obtain the
discounted student rate and complimentary teacher admission.
To introduce as many students as possible to the latest developments in esthetics and
spa, we are offering a special, all-inclusive 2-day student discount rate of ONLY
$60.
✦How to Register Your Students:
Option #1: Pre-Registration (Recommended)
- Submit a list of students on your school’s official letterhead, signed by the principal or esthetics instructor.
- Include each student’s first and last name and email address.
- Please email a copy of the student list, including names and email
addresses, in Excel format to
- Submit payment by check or money order, payable to:

To limit onsite wait times, we strongly encourage all schools to pre-register their students prior to the congress.
Once we receive both the student list and payment, all tickets will be mailed to the
school in advance.
Please note: Student registration is NOT available online.
Option #2: Onsite Student Registration
For students who are unable to pre-register prior to the March 6, 2026 deadline, onsite registration will be available during the event on:
Onsite student registration is available:
Sunday, April 12, 2026 from 8:00am to 6:00pm
Monday, April 13, 2026 from 9:00am to 4:00pm
A valid student ID must be presented at registration to receive the student discount.
Valid student ID includes a current student identification card from the enrolled school, a
copy of the enrollment contract, a time sheet, or a student permit.
✦Complimentary Admission for Teachers
Each school may receive one (1) complimentary teacher ticket to attend the congress with their students.
How to Receive Your Complimentary Teacher Ticket
Submit a letter from your school principal confirming the teacher’s current employment.
- Deadline: Letter must be mailed by March 6, 2026.
- After the deadline, the letter may be brought onsite to the Attendee Information Booth to receive their complimentary 2-day admission.

- Email or fax submissions will not be accepted.
- Student and teacher registration is NOT available online.
