✦How to Register Your Students:
Option #1: Pre-Registration
- Submit a list of students on your school’s official letterhead, signed by the principal or esthetics instructor.
- Include each student’s first and last name and email address.
- Please email a copy of email list to registration@lneonline.com
- Send a check or money order, payable to:
Aesthetic Congress Communications, INC

To limit on-site queuing, we encourage all schools to pre-register their students in advance prior to the congress. Once we receive the list and process payment, all tickets will be mailed to the school in advance.
Please note: Student registration is not available online.

Option #2: Onsite Student Registration
Students can register onsite during the event on Sunday, August 24th, and Monday, August 25th with a valid student ID.
Onsite student registration is available:
Sunday, August 24 – 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday, August 25 – 9:00 AM– 5:00 PM
To receive the student discount onsite, you must present valid student identification.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
- A valid Student ID card, or
- A copy of your school contract showing current enrollment.
Teachers can receive one (1) complimentary ticket per school to attend The International Congress of Esthetics with their students
✦How to Get Your Ticket:
Submit a letter from your school principal confirming the teacher’s current employment.
- Deadline: Mail the letter by August 1, 2025.
- After the deadline, you can bring the letter onsite to the Attendee Information Booth.
Important Notes:
- No emails or faxes will be accepted.
- Student and teacher registration is not available online.
